Environmental Graphiti® Toolkit Selected for CLEAN Climate Education Network
Environmental Graphiti® is proud to have collaborated with the UCI Science Project to create classroom toolkits that bring art and science together. One of these resources, Enliven Data with Art – Dramatize the Critical Science of Climate Change, has been selected for inclusion in the CLEAN (Climate Literacy and Energy Awareness Network) Collection.
Launched in 2010 as part of the National Science Digital Library (NSDL) Pathways Project, the CLEAN Portal is a trusted hub for high-quality climate and energy education resources. It is led by the science education teams at the Cooperative Institute for Research in Environmental Science (CIRES) at the University of Colorado Boulder and the Science Education Resource Center (SERC) at Carleton College, and since 2012 has also been syndicated on NOAA’s climate.gov portal.
Every resource chosen for the CLEAN Collection is rigorously peer-reviewed to ensure both scientific accuracy and relevance. Materials must align with the Climate Literacy Essential Principles or Energy Awareness Principles, making them powerful tools for educators who want to inspire climate awareness and action.
